O nas
Marta Jarzembowska
WŁAŚCICIEL, POLSKA
Marta is the founder, owner and course coordinator, but most of all teacher at Brochów School.
Marta graduated from Teacher Training College English Language Department in Wrocław, Poland and English Linguistics for Advanced Teachers of English at Aberdeen University, Scotland, UK. She also participated in a number of workshops improving her teaching techniques and ways of working with coursebooks and real-life materials, as well as exam preparation training. She has been teaching children, teenagers and adults for over 15 years and is still loving it.
Having taught students form Italy, Spain, Colombia, Venezuela, Germany, Saudi Arabia, France, Mexico, Brazil, and Poland, made Marta believe there is no one universal method to teach a foreign language, but it is always very important to learn about the group dynamics, get to know the participants, find out their likes and dislikes and only after come up with a successful teaching plan.
Therefore, at Brochów School we never try to convince students to like our method, but we adapt the methods to the needs of our learners.
In her lessons Marta always tries to make her students feel comfortable and relaxed in order to make the language acquisition as stress-free as possible. She loves running conversation-based classes, making sure that her students improve and enrich their vocabulary. She also very much enjoys teaching grammar, which she believes is an essential tool for successful communication.
Privately, a mother of two boys and book lover – who maniacally buys new books both for school and her kids. She can’t imagine her life without music and dancing, good films and coffee!
